This is such an important conversation, Melissa. The intersection of ADHD, societal conditioning, and the different ways it manifests is something that needs way more awareness. So many women (and men) grow up feeling like they’re just bad at life—when in reality, they’ve been masking and struggling in silence because their ADHD didn’t look like the stereotypical version we’ve all been taught to recognize.
