I don’t have anything in my history that identifies me as neurodivergent. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the episode- sometimes as a mom it feels like I have lost the ability relax, laugh, and not take things so seriously. Spoiler alert, I tend to put a lot of pressure on myself and the stress of it definitely seeps out into my parenting. This was a nice reminder of the importance of compassion for ourselves so that we can show compassion and find joy with others.
