Releasing Self-Doubt

How to build self-trust and confidence from within
1

Hi guys,

This week's episode on the podcast, I'm talking about how we begin healing after years of self-doubt, so that we can learn to trust ourselves and really take action in our lives from a place of true confidence, feeling empowered, and from knowing that we can rely on our own internal guidance to move us forward in the right direction in our lives.

So often, as ADHDers, we've received messages around how we're not quite doing things right or fitting into the box or following the shoulds. This can impact our self-confidence and our ability to make decisions and take effective actions. We often have outdated narratives looping that are impacting how we show up in our lives.

This week on the podcast, I'm digging into how we begin to heal from the root through reparenting ourselves, identifying these limiting beliefs that are holding us back and showing up in sneaky ways, often limiting our ability to step into our power, our authority, and into the highest version of ourself because we are stuck in an outdated belief system that no longer serves us and to be honest was probably never true.

If you're curious to learn more about this topic, I invite you to explore it with me. I'll share the link below to listen to the podcast.

I also wanted you to be the first to know that I’m going to be taking three one-on-one clients in July to explore an eight-week process of reparenting and identifying core limiting beliefs that are showing up in your life. This process aims to address and heal these limiting beliefs at their root, creating lasting changes in your life. If you're interested in diving in deeply with me, one-on-one, drop your name on the wait list, and I will be in touch.
