The last one we're going to do today is called rocking. Rocking is a very natural, intuitive way to self-soothe and regulate our nervous system. As moms with new babies, it's very intuitive to rock to soothe and comfort them. We've had rocking chairs forever because that motion is very calming for our system.
So you can do this as simply or as complex as you like.
