Hi guys.
Today, we're going to be talking about some specific strategies that we can apply when we find ourselves in the fight state of our nervous system.
This is going to feel like when, we’re:
Annoyed
Irritated
Angry
Frustrated.
And oftentimes when we're in this state, you’ll notice, you feel this way about everything.
When we're in fight, we want to do things that are going to allow us to release that trapped adrenaline and cortisol.
We're not going to want to do things like meditate, get a massage or things that are going to suppress the feelings rather than discharge them.
